We recently highlighted two gorgeous properties on Instagram and Facebook, by local builder, Paradise Homes. Paradise Homes began making their mark in the Omaha, Nebraska community 1990 when brothers, Dan and Bill Miller teamed up to break into the construction industry. The Tekamah, NE natives had begun their journey working with their father in the teen years as professional trim carpenters. They took their dreams and skills to the next level by opening Paradise Homes.
Paradise Homes currently features 20 floor plans on their website, showcasing both ranch-style and two-story properties. These floor plans span across 9 subdivisions currently, with the majority sitting on the west end of Omaha, in Elkhorn.
This builder has a very agreeable style that many homeowners gravitate towards. Some of the highlights of their work for us were the luxurious primary bedroom ensuite. The division of the walk-in shower space and toilet from the other bathroom facilities allows for some much-needed privacy that many homes lack.
Their homes have very open and spacious layouts, and they have some unique details that help keep visual interest in the open space, such as this ceiling accent design. This helps to break up monotony that some buyers may feel from open floorplans. It creates a more inviting space as well!
