Olivia is a Nebraska girl, born and raised. After graduating from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a degree in Business Administration and concentrations in both Marketing and Real Estate, she found my place with Realty One Group Sterling.

In that time, she has served both buyers and sellers with a multitude of transactions and found a passion for new construction homes. She and Lee Curtis teamed up to fill an under-served arena by working with those exploring new construction options and needing a liaison to tackle the complexity of that world.

In addition to working as a real estate agent, you can find Olivia freelance writing, experimenting with new art projects, baking, and doing anything that gets her up and moving. She is involved with a number of non-profit organizations and prioritizes being an active member of the local community. She loves the Omaha area and wants to support those within it in whatever capacity she is able!
